Out of consideration for others, The Grove Club membership voted that all attendees are required to wear a mask. We encourage groups to consider purchasing additional masks for those who may not have them.
Please stay home if you are sick. Symptoms can include, but are not limited to a fever, and cough. If you are in the Covid-19 high risk group, consider going to Zoom AA or Al-Anon meetings instead of in-person meetings.
The Grove Club has a professional cleaning service that thoroughly cleans the building almost daily. Tables have been removed for less contact areas. Bathrooms will be open, but discouraged to use.
The Grove Club recommends the elimination of unnecessary physical contact and to maintain a six-foot distance between individuals. We also recommend not sharing communal reading materials and electronics.
Chairs have been placed 6 feet apart and are marked with blue tape. Please do not move them.
The Grove Club encourages meetings to consider what to do if more attendees arrive than chairs. Small basement rooms are only available for members to meet with one sponsee outside of meeting times.
At this time, coffee service is not provided and food is not permitted in the building.
Each group is responsible for cleaning chairs and high guest contact areas after each meeting. The Grove Club will provide cleaning materials for meetings, however, we encourage groups to supply their own.This can include but is not limited to:
Children will not be permitted in the building. The building will only be available to those attending a meeting.
Doors will open 10 minutes prior to a meeting and lock at the exact time a meeting ends. Activities and socializing in the building will not be available.
